Miss Mia

Mia had a real cryfest today. She did a couple of exercises that we had done last week with basically no response -and this week she responded to both of them. That means the brain is learning how to respond. It's neat to see that. Besides the two 45 minute sessions, she is happy as a clam. Babbling up a storm, laughing a lot, eating like a horse - I think she wants to move to Chile:) There are a lot of little blond Chilean babies around here- she'll fit right in. They have a lot of American TV shows w/ Spanish subtitles so we are watching a lot of Friends, 90210 (the old series) and HBO -I don't even have that at my own home! We miss Daddy but are enjoying lots of quality time together- and are excited for him to see progress when he comes back in 2 weeks...
